Welcome to Gibon Events. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, booking an event service, or engaging Gibon Events for event planning and management, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website or engage our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Gibon Events website and the provision of our event management and related services.
By making an enquiry, requesting a proposal, approving a quotation, making a payment, or confirming an event with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Definitions
Client / Customer – Any individual, organization, company, or representative engaging Gibon Events for event-related services.
Company / We / Us / Our – Gibon Events and/or Gibons Private Limited.
Event – Any wedding, celebration, corporate event, conference, exhibition, MICE programme, brand activation, product launch, private party, or other event planned or managed by Gibon Events.
Services – Event planning, event management, venue coordination, decoration, catering, photography, videography, entertainment, logistics, production, and other services agreed between the Company and Client.
Quotation / Proposal – The written commercial proposal provided by Gibon Events describing the proposed services, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and applicable terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information relating to the event, including event date, venue, guest count, schedule, requirements, preferences, and other information necessary for successful planning and execution.
The Client is responsible for providing timely approvals, confirmations, documents, permissions, and other information required for the event.
Delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, or changes requested by the Client may affect timelines, availability, and costs.
5. Event Services & Scope of Work
The services provided by Gibon Events will be based on the quotation, proposal, package, or written agreement accepted by the Client.
Services may include, depending on the selected package:
Event planning and coordination
Wedding planning and management
Corporate event management
MICE and conference management
Product launches and brand activations
Destination and private events
Venue coordination
Decoration and styling
Catering and hospitality
Photography and videography
Entertainment and artist management
Sound, lighting, and production
Guest management and logistics
Any service, item, vendor, facility, or requirement not specifically included in the approved quotation may be charged separately.
6. Pricing & Quotations
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified in writing.
Quotations are based on the requirements and information available at the time of preparation and may change if the Client modifies the scope, guest count, venue, event date, specifications, or other requirements.
Additional services or changes requested after approval of the quotation may result in additional charges.
7. Booking & Payment Terms
An event booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and the booking has been acknowledged by Gibon Events.
Payment schedules, advance amounts, balance payments, and applicable payment deadlines will be communicated in the quotation, invoice, package, or written agreement.
Failure to make payments within the agreed timeline may result in suspension, modification, or cancellation of services and may affect vendor or venue availability.
8. Changes & Additional Requirements
Clients may request changes to the agreed event plan, subject to availability and feasibility.
Changes to the venue, event date, guest count, decoration, catering, entertainment, production, logistics, or other requirements may result in additional charges.
Gibon Events will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee availability of all vendors, venues, artists, equipment, or services.
9. Third-Party Vendors & Service Providers
Gibon Events may work with independent venues, caterers, decorators, photographers, videographers, entertainers, transportation providers, production companies, and other third-party vendors.
Where third-party services are required, Gibon Events will make reasonable efforts to coordinate and manage such services. However, availability, pricing, schedules, and performance of third-party providers may be subject to their respective terms and operational conditions.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be communicated to Gibon Events in writing.
Cancellation charges and refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the applicable package, quotation, agreement, event date, payments already made, vendor commitments, venue charges, and expenses incurred on behalf of the Client.
Amounts already paid to third-party vendors, venues, artists, suppliers, or other service providers may be non-refundable where such charges have already been committed or incurred.
11. Event Date Changes
Requests to postpone or change an event date are subject to availability of Gibon Events, venues, vendors, artists, and other service providers.
A date change may result in additional costs, revised pricing, or cancellation charges depending on the circumstances.
12. Force Majeure
Gibon Events shall not be responsible for failure, delay, interruption, or modification of services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, riots, public emergencies, venue restrictions, transportation disruptions, technical failures, acts of third parties, or other unforeseen events.
In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the Client and explore suitable alternatives where possible.
13. Photography & Promotional Content
Where permitted and subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements, Gibon Events may capture photographs or videos during events for documentation, portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes.
If the Client has specific restrictions regarding photography or promotional use, such requirements should be communicated to us in advance and in writing.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, text, designs, concepts, proposals, and other materials created or provided by Gibon Events remain the property of Gibon Events or their respective rights holders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.
15. Website Use
Users agree to use the Gibon Events website only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized attempts to access, modify, copy, interfere with, or misuse website content, systems, or services are prohibited.
16. Limitation of Liability
Gibon Events will make reasonable efforts to provide professional, organized, and timely event management services.
However, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including the independent actions or failures of third-party vendors, venues, artists, suppliers, transportation providers, or other service partners.
Any liability of the Company, where legally applicable, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
17. Termination
Gibon Events reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where there is non-payment, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, unlawful conduct, material breach of the agreed terms, or other circumstances that make continued service unreasonable or unsafe.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
19. Policy Updates
Gibon Events reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
Updated terms will become effective when published on the website.
